HOW DOES THE COAST SUBSCRPTION WORK?
Pick your favourites and choose how often you want to receive new Underwear, your first order will be shipped immediately.
Your recurring order will be shipped 1, 3 or 6 months from the original order date, depending on the subscription you select.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT
Your email address isn't automatically created into an account, you will need to create an account using the email address linked to your Subscription. Once your account is created you will be able to make changes.
Please note changes must be made prior to the 1st of the coming month so we have time to process! If you contact us to make a change on the 1st, changes will only take effect from the next shipment.
WHEN DO MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE?
Depending on your location, please allow 3-5 working days once payment is cleared for Australian & New Zealand Orders, 7-14 days for international orders.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY PRODUCTS?
You will be charged for your first order on the day you sign up. After that, payments will be processed 1, 3 or 6 months from the original date, depending on the subscription chosen.
If payment fails, we will try to re-process once daily for 7 days and if payment continues to fail, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
HOW DO I AMEND MY: STYLE / SIZE / TYPE / ADDRESS?
To amend your style or size, simply log into your account, click manage subscription and change the style or size.

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT IN MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Of course, there's a couple of ways you can! You can add new products onto your current account - but please note - if a new product is added, it will only begin in the following period.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
Of course! We have a 30-days returns policy for exchanges; we can’t refund subscription items unless the fault lies with us. The items must not have been open or worn.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE DESIGN YOU HAVE SENT?
You have 30 days to return the item for an exchange, we do not offer refunds on subscription products.
CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE OR GIFT CARD FOR THE SERVICE?
Unfortunately, we don’t allow discount codes on subscription. We’re already giving you the BEST deal possible.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Our Coast Clothing Subscription service is available world-wide.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
We hope you wouldn't want to! If you'd like to cancel your recurring subscription, just log into your account page. From there, click manage subscription and cancel - it’s as simple as that.
