Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

RETURNS POLICY

  1. Sale items are final purchase. No refund, exchange, or credit note will be accepted unless the item is faulty.
  2. Promotional discounts, such as flash sales and offers, will be eligible for a refund.
  3. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  4. Items must be received in original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.
  5. Return items not received in their original state will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer.
  6. We are able to offer an exchange on purchased items. If you require a different size, colour or item, you will need to place a new order. You will be refunded once your item has been received and approved by COAST CLOTHING CO.
  7. Both Domestic and International items are to be returned at the customer’s expense.   Shipping charges are not refundable.
  8. All items are thoroughly assessed before being sent out to you. If however, you believe the garment to be faulty, we will refund or exchange your order after inspection. Please follow the returns process below.
  9. COAST COTHING CO. reserves the right to reject a return if it does not comply with our Returns Policy.
  10. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, please follow the steps below for a quick and easy return. Full priced items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

AUSTRALIAN & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PROCESS

Domestic & International return postage costs are to be covered by the customer unless the items are faulty or the wrong items were shipped.

Step 2: Post your unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached and the completed Returns Form to:

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

After your refund/ exchange or credit has been processed you will be emailed to notify you if it has been approved.

Please allow up to 7 – 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account. Please note that returns are processed within 7 – 10 days of receiving your item.

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Orders received before 12pm AEST will be packed and sent the same day.
  2. COAST CLOTHING CO uses a variety of Postage Services for national and international orders.
  3. Next day delivery is not guaranteed.
  4. We can deliver to PO boxes for an extra fee.
  5. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
  6. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a notification may be left in your letterbox for collection at the carriers depot, location will be advised.
  7. If you have not received your parcel within the estimated periods listed below please email info@coastclothing.com.au with your full name and order number, we can look it up for you.
  8. Shipping is not included in credit notes, additional fees will be applied to the transaction where free shipping is not available.
