How do I join Coast Club?

Simple – just create an account on our website. You’ll automatically start earning points every time you shop when you’re logged in.

How do I use my points?

When you’re signed in and shopping, click on coast club widget in the bottom left corner, and drag the slider across to select how many points you would like to attribute to your next order. Copy the discount code generated and apply discount code at checkout.

Yep – points are valid for 12 months from the day you earn them. Don’t worry, we’ll send a reminder before they expire so you don’t miss out.

Can I use my points with a discount code?

Most of the time, yes. But during big sitewide promos, using points might not be available. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know during checkout.

I didn’t get my points – what should I do?

Make sure you were signed in at checkout. Points usually show up within 48 hours. If not, reach out to our team with your order number, and we’ll get it sorted.

What happens if I return something I earned points for?

We’ll remove the points you earned from that item. If you used points to pay, those will go back into your account once the return is processed.

Can I share my points with someone else?

Not yet. Points are linked to your account and aren’t transferable for now.

Where can I see my points balance?

On Top of this page but also just log into your Coast account and head to your dashboard. You’ll find your points balance, your history, and how close you are to your next reward.

I didn't copy my discount code, Where can I find it?

No Promblemo, ensure you are logged in, scroll up to the top and check 'Reward Codes' section
