RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

  1. CLEARANCE sale items are final purchase. No refund unless faulty.  Size exchange only will be accepted.
  2. Promotional discounts, such as flash sales and offers, will be eligible for a refund.
  3. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  4. Items must be received in original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.
  5. Return items not received in their original state will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer.
  6. We are able to offer an exchange on purchased items. If you require a different size, colour or item, you will need to place a new order. You will be refunded once your item has been received and approved by COAST CLOTHING CO.
  7. Both Domestic and International items are to be returned at the customer’s expense.   Shipping charges are not refundable.
  8. All items are thoroughly assessed before being sent out to you. If however you believe the garment to be faulty, we will happily refund or exchange your order after inspection. Please follow the returns process below.
  9. COAST COTHING CO. reserves the right to reject a return if it does not comply with our Returns Policy.
  10. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, please follow the steps below for a quick and easy return. Full priced items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

AUSTRALIAN & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PROCESS

Domestic & International return postal costs are to be covered by the customer, unless the items are faulty or the wrong items were shipped.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

After your refund/ exchange or credit has been processed you will be emailed to notify you if it has been approved.

Please allow up to 7 – 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account. Please note that returns are processed within 7 – 10 days of receiving your item.

FREE GIFT PROMOTION TERMS

Orders placed with Coast Clothing Co. are eligible for free gifts as follows:

  • Spend $150 and receive a free pair of Coast Slides.
  • Spend $200 and receive a free Cooler Bag.
  • Spend $250 and receive a free Towel.

If any items from your order are returned for a refund and the total remaining order value falls below the threshold required for the free gift. 
 Coast Clothing will deduct 50% of the retail value of the free gift from the refundable amount if not returned. This deduction applies to maintain the value of the free item provided.
