1. The Promoter

The Promoter is Coast Clothing Co., operated by Toro Corporation Pty Ltd (ABN: 25 620 231 889), 5 Ireland St, Burwood VIC 3125, Australia. Contact: info@coastclothing.com


2. The Competition

The Promoter is conducting a trade promotion competition to promote its clothing products. This is a game of chance — skill plays no part in determining the winner. The Promotion Period runs from 15 May 2026 at 9:00 AM AEST to 20 June 2026 at 11:59 PM AEST.


3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible:

  • Directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents of the Promoter and their immediate family members
  • Any person engaged by the Promoter in a professional capacity within the 12 months prior to the Promotion Period

The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not satisfy these requirements.


4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Promotion Period an eligible person must:

  1. Make a single purchase of AUD $200.00 or more (inclusive of GST) at coastclothing.com; and
  2. Complete the purchase transaction in full, including successful payment.

Each qualifying purchase constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple qualifying purchases will result in multiple entries, one per transaction. Entries are non-transferable. No entries will be accepted after the close of the Promotion Period. A purchase is required to enter. There is no free entry alternative.


5. The Prize

There is one (1) prize available: a Flight Centre travel voucher with a face value of AUD $2,000.

The prize is subject to Flight Centre's standard gift card terms and conditions, including:

  • Gift Cards are valid for use within 3 years from the date of issue
  • Redeemable at all Flight Centre company-owned stores within Australia for all travel products, including flights and accommodation; online redemption is available for flight-only bookings
  • Cannot be used to pay for bookings made with independent contractors or Travel Associates branded member agencies
  • Not redeemable for cash or any other form of currency

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change to the prize by Flight Centre, or if Flight Centre is unable to fulfil the prize for any reason. In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. The prize must be accepted as offered and is not transferable or exchangeable. Total prize pool value: AUD $2,000.


6. The Draw

The draw will take place on 20 June 2026 at 2:00 PM AEST, conducted electronically in Melbourne, Victoria using the ViralSweep Giveaway Contests application. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw is conducted under the supervision of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.


7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the draw date. The winner must respond to claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. The winner's name will be published on Coast Clothing Co.'s website and social media channels on or before 27 June 2026.


8. Prize Conditions

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use their name and general location (e.g. state) for promotional purposes across all media, including social media and digital advertising, without further compensation, unless the winner elects to opt out in writing. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly included in the prize description, including travel insurance, taxes, or additional expenses.


9. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits a non-compliant entry, or engages in harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive conduct.

If the Competition is interfered with in any way, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Competition, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy implied or imposed by any law (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be lawfully excluded or modified.

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok. All enquiries or complaints should be directed to the Promoter, not TikTok.


10. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely to administer the Competition and fulfil the prize, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, using and disclosing their personal information for these purposes. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting info@coastclothing.com.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, claim or expense suffered or incurred by any entrant in connection with the Competition, including in relation to any failure of technology or systems, late or incomplete entries, or any variation in prize value. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.


12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each entrant irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
