- Sale items are final purchase no refund, exchange or credit note is applicable.
- Promotional discounts, such as flash sales and offers, will be eligible for a refund.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be received in original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.
- Return items not received in their original state will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer.
- We are able to offer an exchange on purchased items. If you require a different size, colour or item, you will need to place a new order. You will be refunded once your item has been received and approved by COAST CLOTHING CO.
- Items are to be returned at the customer’s expense.
- All items are thoroughly assessed before being sent out to you. If however you believe the garment to be faulty, we will happily refund or exchange your order after inspection. Please follow the returns process below.
- COAST COTHING CO. reserves the right to reject a return if it does not comply with our Returns Policy.
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, please follow the steps below for a quick and easy return. Full priced items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
After your refund/ exchange or credit has been processed you will be emailed to notify you if it has been approved.
Please allow up to 7 – 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account. Please note that returns are processed within 7 – 10 days of receiving your item.
- Orders received before 12pm UTC/GMT will be packed and sent the same day.
- COAST CLOTHING AUSTRALIA uses a variety for all order nation wide.
- Next day delivery is not guaranteed.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes
- Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
- If you are not at home at the time of delivery a notification will be left in your letterbox for collection at your location Post Office.
- If you have not received your parcel within the estimated periods listed below please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number.
- Shipping is not included in credit notes, additional fees will be applied to the transaction where free shipping is not available.

Orders are not dispatched on American public holidays. Your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
